In 1982, Mr. Peter Nagel founded NASA Immobilien GbR as a real estate agency. In 1997, this became Immobilien Nagel GmbH and the Vermögensverwaltung Nagel GmbH was founded. Mr. Peter Nagel has created a family business that has been operating successfully in the real estate sector for over 43 years.

In 2004, his son Dennis Nagel took over the management of the Vermögensverwaltung Nagel GmbH and expanded the company to include the renovation of old buildings and real estate investment.
